Indiában elképesztő gyilkos hőség tombol, a 47 fok miatt már több mint 1100-an vesztették életüket. A kánikula miatt már az aszfalt is megolvad, ami elmosta a zebrát.
A pokoli kánikula az ország déli részén szedi áldozatait, az emberek nagyon nehezen viselik a forróságot.

A kánikula miatt elsősorban a szegények halnak meg és a betegek, mert a szervezetük nem tud mit kezdeni a szélsőséges időjárással. A tehetősebb emberek hóparkokba utaznak és fürdőkbe, hogy ott vészeljék át a hőséget.

Indiában a gyilkos hőség a szakemberek szerint még hetekig is eltarthat. Veszélyben vannak a metropolisz és más városok szegénynegyedeiben élők, ahol nem tudják magukat légkondival hűteni vagy hideg vízzel hűsíteni.
Az emberek inkább nem mennek ki az utcára, hanem viskóikba behúzódva várják, hogy vége legyen az ítéletidőnek.
